Photo Retoucher

Our client in the home retail space is looking to hire a Photo Retoucher to work on retouching product shots! This will be an ongoing freelance assignment with potential to convert to full time.

This role is 40 hours a week, onsite 5 Days a week. Client is NOT easily accessible by public transportation. Car suggested, parking available onsite.

Please send samples of retouching work, before & afters to be considered. Ideally looking for materials and products (metals, wood, etc)

The ideal candidate would have experience in a commercial Photography including knowledge of color correction based on RGB color space and conversion to CMYK to meet printing industry standards for reproduction and well versed with photography/video equipment and software.

Responsibilities of the Photo Retoucher:

• Creating marketing materials alongside style guidelines
• Cleaning final images from un-retouched files
• Retouching, clipping and color correcting images including flesh tone retouching and extracting abilities
• Retouching images for web and final print reproduction
• Ensuring visual consistency of product images
• Formatting and enhancing all photography and image content to meet printing industry standards
  
  

Requirements of the Photo Retoucher:

• Expert in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience working in a production environment
• Experience with project workflow and file management
• Knowledge of color theory & color correction by the numbers
