r.Provides technical oversight of Traction, Signal, Transmission, and Distribution Electrical Power to all NJ TRANSIT Rail infrastructur
e.Ensures thorough, accurate, and complete transfer of knowledge between power dispatchers during shift change
s.Reviews all planned and operational switching and tagging, oversees emergency switching and tagging, and coordinates all necessary communications to various management, agencies, etc. as require
d.During system emergencies, communicates to management, ensures that contingency switching is properly executed, and provides technical guidance to power dispatchers all in accordance with NJ TRANSIT rules AND guideline
