Position Summary: Candidate will be processing incoming orders for medical procedures and scheduling patients for those procedures. You will be the point of contact between ordering physicians, patients, and hospital/outpatient facilities in a very fast paced work environment.
Essential Job Functions
Asking medical questions for pre-procedure screening.
Scheduling patients for procedures in multiple systems.
Educating patients on prep for procedures.
Making outbound calls -Receiving inbound calls
Taking care of daily tasks/task boxes in a timely manner.
Being a team player
Qualifications
High School Graduate -Excellent computer skills, able to train across multiple software platforms.
Must be able to multi-task, using multiple programs at the same time.
Demonstrate professional writing and verbal skills.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills as well as communication, organization and prioritization skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Bilingual is a plus!
Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Subject to change)
