Emperor of Vegetable Data Land! You will be reporting to production manager, in this role you can develop plant data into meaningful scorecards for line teams. Servant leader who can facilitate cross functional team members to recommend and implement improvements, modifications solving problems for line teams using appropriate CPS tools and resources. Chief Energy Officer responsible for other responsibilities including leading reliability improvement working directly with line teams. Aspiring Vegetable Rockstar expected to develop line teams technical and leadership capability and appreciation for process control. Working with the Line Leads, Supervisors, Maintenance, corporate resources, and plant staff team producing industry-leading tasty BIRDS EYE Vegetables.
Role Requirements
Connected Worker Stream Leader, Dashboards and Microsoft Teams subject matter expert.
LEDS Process Leader, downtime subject matter expert.
Parsable Process Leader, paperless factory subject matter expert.
Centerline Process Leader, Centerline subject matter expert.
Communicate to all key stakeholders through multiple levels of organization with progress updates for responsible improvement work.
Coach and drives assigned Daily Management systems assessment plan.
Leverage appropriate continuous Improvement tools for necessary data to support success criteria development and identify losses. .
You Have
Excellent reasoning skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make conclusions.
Experience in a food processing environment.
Experience in Reading, analyzing and interpreting engineering type documents and drawings.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools and statistical tools.
