Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager who focus on collaborating with the AI delivery team to scale data center delivery. Responsibilities include process optimization, backlog management in ADO, and creating business requirement documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in ADO, data center delivery, and stakeholder management, a computer science degree, and strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the AI Delivery Team:

• Work closely with the AI delivery team to scale data center delivery.
• Contribute to key projects involving process optimization and backlog management in ADO.

Process Optimization and Stack Ranking:

• Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
• Perform stack ranking of tasks and projects to prioritize work effectively.

Backlog Management in ADO:

• Maintain and manage the backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Create detailed business requirement documents and scenarios.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure they are well-groomed and ready for development.

Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and create business roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and proposed solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and provide clarity on project objectives.

System Analysis:

• Analyze systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive requirements backlogs in ADO, complete with design elaboration for analytics and automation epics.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents.
• Document management within the ADO backlog, ensuring all requirements and user stories are well-defined and complete.

Project Management:

• Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Oversee projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and objectives.

Technical and Analytical Support:

• Provide technical and analytical information to product managers as required.
• Build various user personas and scenarios, along with user acceptance test scripts, to ensure the completeness of the project.

Requirements:

• Computer Science degree required.
• Minimum 4 years experience with ADO, Jira or Rally
• Minimum 4 years experience with data center delivery space
• Minimum 4 years experience with stakeholder management
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills; technical background in data analytics and system integration; strategic thinker with excellent project management abilities.
