Join Our Team

You will be a Project Manager in our Programme Office and lead change projects on behalf of SiriusPoint’s markets and functions. You will report to the Chief Programme Officer with dotted lines to the various stakeholders across the Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders and senior management,
• Create comprehensive project plans to guide project team and stakeholders,
• Execute and successfully complete projects in line with stakeholders’ expectations,
• Coordinate project team and stakeholders across SiriusPoint’s markets and functions,
• Monitor project progress continuously and produce updates on milestones, deliverables and budget,
• Communicate status, progress, issues, and risks,
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle,
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements,
• Contributing to build the Programme Office and establishing project management excellence at SiriusPoint.
• Promoting agile principles across the organization.

Your skills and abilities should include:

• 10+ years industry experience, a portion of which to be spent working in a project manager capacity
• Track record of delivering transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and agile principles
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Stakeholder management capability up to an executive level
  
  

SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 per year to $170,000 per year. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
