Job Overview

The purpose of this team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help execute documentation consolidation, organization, publishing information to SharePoint, cross-team collaboration, and ownership of MBRs. This means owning the calendaring, and distribution list, helping craft deliverables/ templates, crafting and finalizing the deck, helping with the transcripts, and recordings, and sending out follow-ups and to-do’s post-review. They will be handling long g planning memos, prioritization planning, OKRs, run MBRs, and research, all then funneled into the Skilling Hub (hosted in SharePoint).

This role provides the opportunity to have a critical role in the Learning and Development (L&D) team – a combo of work unlikely to be found elsewhere, including the sort of research and assimilation of lots of information, the facilitation and coordination of critical business rhythms and essentially the presentation of that information and building community within the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect and disseminate all the information clearly within the skilling hub – SharePoint
  • Build and design, and get all the information outlined and clearly presented
  • Run MBRs – prep, send comm, work back schedules, desks for the MRB, full support of those meetings
  • Help consolidate research across the team, research across communities, customers, and competitors, collecting and summarizing
  • Write and prepare emails, PowerPoints, SharePoint, etc.
  • Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of technical activities
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
  • Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field degree is nice to have to be eligible for this role
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program or Project Manager
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong experience with work back schedules and planning
  • Executive-level communication experience
  • Experience running MBRs – from prep to delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS Project, Visio, etc.
  • Exceptional at what is specified in the intake form and a great human to be around
