Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience in the field.
PMP Certification, preferred.
Experience / Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in project management is preferred.
Effectively coordinates project functions, detailed instructions, plans and memos.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Present information, problem solve, coordinate multiple projects, meet financial budgets, and deadlines.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel is required.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Project Coordinator works closely with purchase agents and equipment planners for acquisition of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Medical equipment end-of-life planning, budgeting, and acquisition.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Coordinating support services for department moves such as Plant Operations, IT, Environmental Services, and Materials Management.
Coordination and communication with leadership regarding the timing and project planning for department moves, renovations and new construction.
Works with team members across the organization to ensure successful workflow, milestones, and target completion dates.
Maintain project data in appropriate systems-of-record to drive standardization and ensure compliance.
Collect, organize, upload, distribute, and maintain necessary project documentation.
Understand, navigate, and assist project teams with generating data and reports.
Manage data related to project costs and budget accounting. Ensure commitments are fully executed and distributed appropriately, confirm commitments have updated properly across all teams.
Review documents to ensure they are of good appearance, clarity, and accuracy, adhering to team standards.
Assist in the collection, management, and development of project closeout documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
