Project Coordinator - Onsite - Full Time

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience in the field.
  • PMP Certification, preferred.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in project management is preferred.
  • Effectively coordinates project functions, detailed instructions, plans and memos.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Present information, problem solve, coordinate multiple projects, meet financial budgets, and deadlines.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel is required.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred.

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator works closely with purchase agents and equipment planners for acquisition of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Medical equipment end-of-life planning, budgeting, and acquisition.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Coordinating support services for department moves such as Plant Operations, IT, Environmental Services, and Materials Management.
  • Coordination and communication with leadership regarding the timing and project planning for department moves, renovations and new construction.
  • Works with team members across the organization to ensure successful workflow, milestones, and target completion dates.
  • Maintain project data in appropriate systems-of-record to drive standardization and ensure compliance.
  • Collect, organize, upload, distribute, and maintain necessary project documentation.
  • Understand, navigate, and assist project teams with generating data and reports.
  • Manage data related to project costs and budget accounting. Ensure commitments are fully executed and distributed appropriately, confirm commitments have updated properly across all teams.
  • Review documents to ensure they are of good appearance, clarity, and accuracy, adhering to team standards.
  • Assist in the collection, management, and development of project closeout documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
