Teneo Linguistics Company (TLC) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. TLC is a leading language services provider that believes in delivering exceptional linguistic solutions to our clients. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of various language and translation projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations.

- Lead and manage multiple language and translation projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion
- Plan project timelines, define project scope, and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including linguists, translators, and client service representatives, to ensure seamless project execution
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates on project status, and address any inquiries or concerns
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough quality assurance checks
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests
- Continuously optimize project management processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proven experience in managing language and translation projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
