Business Development
The PM interns shall collaborate with the Project and Department Managers to contribute information needed on our civil and/or line crew jobs. IE Blue Stakes, job folder creation, lead weekly safety meetings, participate in bidding process, etc.
Employee Development
The PM interns will be partnered up with a mentor that will guide and advise throughout their time with Black & McDonald. Our company, also, partners with Harvard Corporation for additional growth and opportunities to earn certifications on desired genres.
Skills, Abilities, And Other Requirements
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering
Computer Literacy; Microsoft Office programs
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels in the organization and with outside clients.
Junior year and up preferred
