I perform an immersive rock and roll show in the LA/SoCal area called "Captain Flashback's Laurel Canyon Love! - Celebrating the '60s/'70s Roots of Classic Rock." It's the best bands and songs from our legendary local music scene, go-go dancers, psychedelic light show, some original tunes, 4-part harmonies, full crowd sing-alongs, "Rocky Horror" type audience talkback parts and my first-hand stories about the bands, songs and scene.

It's more than a band or tribute - it's an immersive experience where the audience becomes part of the show.

I am looking for an intern/newbie with Social Media/promo skills to help me promote my shows, sell tickets and increase awareness.

I am partnered with Starline Tours and the show -

• has been featured by the late Sam Rubin on KTLA 5
• has been performed several times live on 95.5 KLOS "Breakfast with the Beatles" radio program (and broadcast worldwide on iHeart Radio)
• was asked by Mike Maglieri (owner of the Whisky a Go-Go - the first music venue inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame) to perform as part of their 60th Anniversary celebration along with Robby Krieger of the Doors, Canned Heat, Strawberry Alarm Clock and Love

Our next show is Saturday, August 10 at the Killer Yacht Club in Marina del Rey. I can provide the marketing materials, ticket link, etc. and I need someone to help get that posted on all of the free "things to do in LA" sites, on other Classic Rock/live music sites, FB, IG, etc.

Will pay $50 for this one show, plus free tix to the show. Can lead to future work helping to promote the show.
