Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Jim Lake Companies. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Tasks include lease management, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Property Manager will work closely with the property owners, tenants, and service providers to maintain high-quality standards and maximize property value.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management and real estate
Knowledge of local real estate regulations and laws
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to problem-solve and handle conflicts
Proficiency in property management software
Understanding of budgeting and financial analysis
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Property Manager) are a plus
