Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Engineer will oversee quality assurance and control activities within a software development and content layout environment. Primarily, the role entails testing customer-facing content on Ziosk devices, including menus, surveys, and seasonal displays.
Collaborate closely with UX Engineers to test layouts, menus, surveys, and other UX assets, ensuring they adhere to defined requirements.
Create and maintain test cases for assigned projects.
Collaborate with the team to enhance testing methodologies and drive automation.
Continuously improve testing processes by evaluating and updating existing test cases and devising new ones for comprehensive test coverage.
Utilize advanced technical skills and innovative approaches to address issues.
Analyze trends to identify potential gaps in testing, development, or processes, aiming to enhance quality.
Implement methodologies to facilitate ongoing improvements in quality and delivery across releases.
Top Skills
Senior-Level experience in QA Engineering, with familiarity in credit processes, digital payments, restaurant tech, POS systems, and restaurant digital advertising content.
Strong automation testing experience, with some manual testing experience.
Experience in Mobile and Web testing, particularly on the Android platform.
Experience utilizing Jira and other Atlassian tools.
Knowledge of Bluetooth technology is a plus.
