Quality Assurance Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Testing Scripts: Develop and execute comprehensive testing scripts to ensure software quality and performance.
• User Stories: Understand user stories, including their upstream and downstream impacts, to create effective test plans.
• Scalable Practices: Establish scalable QA practices and frameworks to support long-term growth and efficiency.
• Framework Development: Build robust QA frameworks once scripting criteria and templates are established.
• Process Improvement: Define and implement QA processes in a new environment, identifying immediate needs and planning for future scalability.
• Kanban and Agile Methodologies: Work within Kanban and Agile frameworks, participating in sprint teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with the technical team, fostering strong partnerships and effective communication.
• Soft Skills and Change Management: Utilize excellent soft skills to manage change and drive continuous improvement within the QA function.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building test environments and establishing best practices.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to develop and execute testing scripts and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with technical teams.
• Experience in change management and driving process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
