Here is what we prefer you have:

• 1-2 years of quality assurance experience--- someone who has experience monitoring /auditing processes, training, performance, production workflow etc.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt; 5s Lean projects and safety is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Manufacturing/distribution/packaging or related supply chain industry is ideal; QA in labs is fine too.
• Strong attention to detail, strong communicator, problem solving skills, not easily overwhelmed, analytical, enjoys bringing new ideas to the table and helping to build/develop and implement new processes, reliable, committed/invested in the company, growth oriented, motivated, strong willingness to learn; eager, takes initiative, team player mentality.
