Job Title: Quality Engineer ( Entry-Level )

Reports To: Quality Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Entry-Level Operations Quality Engineer. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their career in quality engineering. The role involves supporting the quality management system, assisting in inspections, data analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Internship or academic project experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role.
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
Familiarity with basic statistical analysis tools and techniques.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with regular visits to the production floor.
Occasional travel may be required for supplier audits or customer visits.
