Associate (Corporate Finance) - Real Estate Investment Firm

We are working with a vertically-integrated real estate investment firm that focuses on large-scale Class A development projects throughout the US, and is looking to add an Associate to its fast-paced Finance team. This is a comprehensive/diverse role that will cover everything from corporate and business-level forecasting, to investor relations and portfolio management.

Our client is institutionally-backed, with several multibillion dollar projects in various stages of development, along with a deep pipeline of future development/acquisition opportunities. Additionally, this is a group that will continue to raise/deploy capital, and this represents an opportunity to play a key role in that growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar
• 4+ years of experience in the areas of corporate finance/FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or a similar, ideally with large CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to both present in front of the executive team, as well as perform complex reporting and financial analysis/modeling
