We are hiring for a Receptionist for our Mortgage Production Support Team ! The Mortgage Receptionist will provide clerical support to the department, manage calls, organize files, and welcome visitors. This role is essential to ensuring the team's smooth and efficient operation.

Minimum : High school diploma or equivalent plus three to six months related experience and or training equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
