TaskForce seeks an experienced Regional Experiential Production Manager West for its cultural campaign to mobilize voters to vote in the 2024 election. The Regional Experiential Production Manager West - for Culture 2024 will be responsible for leading a regional production operation executing over 100+ cultural interventions (i.e. art installations, events, murals, public events, etc. ) across the West region. The Regional Experiential Production Manager West will report to the Head of Experiential Production and will be part of a 15+ person 2024 cultural engagement team. This position is remote, but it is expected that the candidate will live in the region and be willing to travel periodically.

Key Responsibilities
Creative and Strategy
Be a strong contributor and manager within our Culture 2024 production team to drive strategies through execution. Collaborate with our regional advisory council and senior leadership on strategic and tactical ideas to deploy in our Culture 2024 Get Out the Vote campaign
Develop regional creative concepts with the CCO, CEO, advisory council members, and other partners
Actively manage creative production across your region to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality
Work in coordination with other leaders within the region including Regional Campaign Lead, Regional Organizing Lead, Regional Amplification Lead, and others
Production process management and operations
Build and manage a local network of freelance producers
Ensure all productions are executed beautifully and creatively
Oversee a system of project management and ensure that all productions are delivered on time and budget
You are
Driven, accountable, and takes direct ownership over the production of creative in a transparent and collaborative manner.
Exceptionally detail-oriented
Proactive and excellent communicator
Seasoned producer/line-producer/executive producer with deep experience in OOH including transit, in-store, murals, events, merchandise, as well as digital video and display
Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Extensive experience working with creative professionals and commissioned artists
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Invested in TaskForce's vision and mission for positive change through arts and culture
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback, and to execute tasks accordingly
Requirements
8+ years experience in production ideally with an agency or production company
Experience working in political and/or GOTV campaigns a plus
Salary And Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 annually (compensation is prorated for contract term), commensurate with experience.
