The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead and guide our Account Executives and/or Account Coordinators by supporting them in achievement of sales goals of each retailer by territory. The ideal candidate would be working with our Wholesale Department with a proven track record of increasing sales and developing teams.


What you’ll get to do:

People:

  • Lead, motivate, empower, recognize, & inspire teams to perform at or above expectations, aligning with overall wholesale strategy ·
  • Support direct reports in growth & development, creating development plans, providing learning opportunities, optimizing store visits, and building and maintaining retailer partnerships.
  • Partner with retailers to develop and execute innovative in-store events and use learnings to maximize effectiveness of the market calendar long term. ·

  • Forge strong relationships with retail store management to support and identify opportunities that are consistent with the company's strategic direction.
  • Educate and train in-store retail teams on the entire assortment of Byredo product line, thereby increasing the Beauty Advisors’ ability to recommend Byredo products to customers and driving sales
  • Provide leadership and share the company vision to motivate and retain staff


Operations:

  • ·Execute business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives.
  • Ensure execution and achievement of goals for all key and promotional events.
  • Side by side field selling and training with retailers and Beauty Advisors.
  • Act as key liaison between corporate and assigned retailer, in partnership with National Director and/or Senior Director to enhance and analyze promotional strategies.
  • Identify opportunities in the organization for field related roles.
  • Review sales and goals, stock, marketing, selling techniques on a weekly basis, making any necessary adjustments, and addressing any issues and opportunities.
  • Build productive weekly touch base, manage & communicate all sales goals and reporting,
  • Communicate and coordinate customer strategic and tactical needs with assigned retailer to ensure opportunities are fully realized and aligned with brand strategies.


Sales:

  • Assist the team in delivering profitable growth and achieving annual sales targets.
  • Achieve targeted sales growth within budgeted parameters.
  • Side by side field selling and training with retailers and Beauty Advisors.
  • Serve as the conduit between assigned retailer and Byredo, and providing excellent customer service to meet and/or exceed sales goals for all assigned doors and accounts



We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • 5+yrs in leadership role (coaching, developing and inspiring others)
  • Minimum 10 yrs in key account sell-out management in luxury market
  • 3+yrs forecasting, executing, and reporting
  • Hands-on leadership style with proven ability to manage teams remotely
  • Solution-driven, detail-oriented, highly organized
  • Experience in Luxury Retailers (Saks, Neiman Marcus, & Nostrom a must)


Compensation: As required by the state of California salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is between $95,000- $100,000 annually. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
