Outstanding opportunity for an individual who has the unique ability to be an aggressive hunter securing new business and accounts, while also handling the relationship-building process necessary to ensure existing Key Accounts are 100% satisfied with both products and services. This role will support Accounts and Business Development for Tennessee and Kentucky.
Key Skill Sets Include:
Ability to Listen to the voice of the customer.
Clearly define customer needs /expectations and communicate with all internal stakeholders.
Develop Marketing Strategy related to product demonstrations.
Negotiate prices, terms, and all aspects of product or service agreements.
Develop Communication Action Plans to maintain continual contact on projects and needs of all Accounts.
Develop Sales Business Plans and monitor/track results.
5+ years experience in capturing and supporting Key Accounts with large commercial or residential contractor organizations.
Experience within Commercial or Residential HVAC preferred.
A Bachelors Degree or an Associates Degree with HVAC Experience is required.
Travel will be in the 50% range.
