Regional Sales Manager - Scaffolding - Base Salary to 90k/year - Fort Lauderdale, FL

• Our client is a strong player in the scaffolding space and has earned the reputation as being one of the very top commercial scaffolding providers! This company is looking to increase market share in the Palm Beach and Southern Miami territory. They are on pace to double their revenue in 2024 from 2 years ago!
• They are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join their team, in both their South Miami and Palm Beach territories. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on rental and sales of their scaffolding products/services.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-call, promote and sell scaffolding products and services to General Contractors and Subcontractors
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met
• Visit construction job sites to learn about upcoming projects in the territory and promote products/services
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling scaffolding, hoisting, rigging, etc. to General Contractors/Subcontractors
• Experience significantly growing territory sales in the Palm Beach/South Miami area
• Must reside in Palm Beach County or South Miami
• Experience selling safety supplies/solutions is a plus
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  
  

Compensation

• Base salary in the 70k – 90k/year, plus very lucrative commission!
