Job Description

The Registration Technician is responsible for accurately logging and managing data received from Reality Capture Technicians. This role is crucial in ensuring that all captured information is organized and accessible for project deliverables. The Registration Technician will work closely with the Reality Capture Manager and other team members to support the successful execution of projects. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

Data Management

• Receive and log data from Reality Capture Technicians accurately and promptly.
• Ensure data is organized and stored correctly for easy access and retrieval.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming and processed data.
• Verify the quality and completeness of the data received.
• Register data into various formats including point cloud files, 360 image/video tours, photo documentation, etc.

Support Operations

• Collaborate with the Reality Capture Manager to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Provide support to Reality Capture Technicians by addressing data-related queries.
• Assist in the preparation of deliverables by organizing and compiling captured data.

Quality Assurance

• Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with the captured data.
• Implement corrective measures to address any identified data quality issues.

Customer Relations

• Assist in ensuring client satisfaction by providing accurate and timely data.
• Support Construction Managers in client interactions by preparing and providing necessary data.
• Contribute to the development of strong client relationships through reliable data management.

Safety

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines as required.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to OSHA 10/30 requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data management software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various schedules and longer hours when necessary.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean driving record.
