Summary
JOB DETAILS:
**Remote Position - candidates required to be in central or eastern time zone**
Position will be reviewing calls submitted through the Compliance Hotline and FWA referrals from other sources to provide an initial assessment determining if there is enough information to open a case in the case management system.
Coordinator will open the case in the system and pull basic claims information from Cognos.
Will be required to contact members to validate and substantiate complaints.
Will also be tracking and trending of referrals and case types as well as other administrative duties assigned to assist and support the SIU Manager and investigators.
Required
Associate degree (Bachelor preferred)
Minimum 1-year previous admin experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
Aptitude with Microsoft Office suite (focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to create tables and graphic displays of information for presentation
Must be able to learn and work in several systems simultaneously
High level of organization and attention to detail, high degree of integrity.
Preferred: Previous experience using Care Radius and Cognos programs Manager will be interviewing via video call
