MDVIP is seeking remote Healthcare Phone Sales Representatives who are impassioned sales professionals who can communicate the benefits of the MDVIP program to potential members in a highly customized and consultative way. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outbound sales campaigns are structured to reach transitioning physician’s patients (not cold calling). Comprehensive initial training allows for individuals to develop sound knowledge of the company, program, and operational procedures to deliver consistent quality work.

Education / Experience / Knowledge
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); an Associate degree is desirable, but not required. Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training, which may include prior customer service in a call center environment, or business / administrative experience.

- Through outbound call campaigns, sells patients on the benefits of MDVIP membership in an MDVIP-affiliated physician practice. Discusses the components of the program to discover which program components may appeal to the prospective patient to demonstrate the value of the program.
- Handles inbound call activity and accurately documents Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions.
- Performs general research and problem resolution. Escalates patient issues and concerns to management, as necessary.
Education / Experience / Knowledge
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); an Associate degree is desirable, but not required. Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training, which may include prior customer service in a call center environment, or business / administrative experience.
Required skills include
- Must possess strong communication skills and be articulate and concise. Speaks clearly, using appropriate grammar and word choice.
- Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems. While not required, foreign language fluency may be considered a plus.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision.
- Types with speed and accuracy, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of modern office procedures.
- Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus.
