Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met during retail interactions
Monitor sales activity to align services with budgetary constraints and client objectives
Regularly collaborate with team members to assess progress and brainstorm innovative strategies for business enhancement
Prepare progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account renewals, and coordinate closely with the sales team
