Administration of all intramuscular (IM) psychiatric injections, as directed by the prescriber.
Conduct individual health assessments upon admission to the clinic and evaluate the need for hospitalization or other emergency medical care as appropriate.
Requirements:
Must have an active New York State Nursing license.
2+ years of RN experience administering intramuscular medication.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of patient care unit operations.
Preferred:
Experience with long-acting Psychotropic medication.
