We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Trading Analyst to join our team and contribute to our fast-paced and exciting trading environment. As a Sales and Trading Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and trading activities by analyzing market trends, executing trades, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will work closely with traders, sales professionals, and clients to execute transactions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators to provide insights to traders and sales teams. Analyze market data and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Trade Execution: Execute trades accurately and timely across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, currencies, and derivatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide support and assistance to clients regarding trading inquiries and market updates.
Risk Management: Assist in monitoring and managing trading risks including market, credit, and operational risks. Collaborate with risk management teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on trading activities, performance metrics, and market developments to internal stakeholders and clients. Generate insights from data analysis to optimize trading strategies and enhance profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Knowledge of financial markets, trading mechanisms, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and other relevant trading platforms.
