Summary/Objective

Perform a variety of supporting tasks for sales staff and new client onboarding including input of new prospect data into the proposal system, compiling proposal system output, assisting sales team with gathering appropriate documents for underwriting, generating new hire packets, reviewing contracts for completeness, and responding to sales inquiries.

Essential Functions

  • Process new business submissions for sales team members.
  • Gather all required documentation for underwriting review
  • Generate new hire packets for new clients
  • Review contracts and confirm all materials have been received
  • Assist sales team in everyday tasks
  • Communicate between sales and underwriting team
  • Physical attendance is required at the worksite 3 days a week 8 am to 5 pm.

Required Education And Experience

A High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Education And Experience

An Associate’s Degree is preferred along with at least 5 years of office support-related experience.
