The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities to support the company's growth and sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.
You should feel comfortable working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by conducting initial outreach to prospects.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, and convey the value proposition to potential customers.
Schedule sales meetings and calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or sales (experience in AI/B2B/SaaS is a plus).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong presence and experience scheduling and taking multiple calls per day.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
