Key Responsibilities

§ Drive revenue growth:

§ Hunting: identify new business opportunities and collaborate on proposals and presentation

§ Farming: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing clients.

§ Develop client engagement strategies and account plans.

§ Maintain responsibility for full cycle sales process including lead qualification, pre-sales activities, quoting, contract completion and closing.

§ Manage and build relationships with clients:

§ Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

§ Understand client needs and tailor the company's solutions to meet those needs.

§ Communicate regularly with clients to identify potential issues and offer solutions.

§ Proactively provide updates on the company's offerings, product roadmap, and industry trends.

§ Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company:

§ Act as the liaison between the client and the company's development team to ensure client requirements are understood and implemented.

§ Collaborate with delivery team to manage client expectations and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

§ Provide regular status updates to clients regarding project status.

§ Stay current on industry trends to ensure that clients receive the most innovative and effective solutions

§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

§ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.

§ Creation and negotiation of complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts


Experience and Professional Qualifications

§ Experience selling selling digital engineering and custom software application development services

§ BA in Business Administration or related field, or BS in Computer Science or equivalent

§ Proven experience in client relationship management in a software or technology-related industry, successfully selling solutions or services at an executive level.

§ Previous revenue generation experience in the $2M to $5M+ range per year.

§ Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

§ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritize tasks and achieve defined quotas (revenue, margin, bookings).

§ Experience working with offshore teams is a plus.

§ Must be comfortable speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike.

§ Established network of potential prospects in mid-market as well as enterprise.

§ Bonus points for bringing a solid personal network for opportunity generation in FinTech (core banking modernization, omnichannel banking services, next gen digital wallet solutions, banking as a service paltforms, etc.), Telecom, Martech, weable tech, smart devices, fitness apps) verticals.
