Role overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. As the Sales Manager at Skedda, you will oversee a globally dispersed team of 6 Account Executives who field interest from both inbound and outbound booked demonstrations. You will work closely with the marketing, business development, and product teams to support our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and train a team of Account Executives to ensure consistent quota achievement and career development
Conduct regular Team Meetings and 1x1's to foster team collaboration and individual coaching
Attend and support key sales engagements to drive actionable next steps and build mutual action plans
Review Chorus Call recordings weekly and provide feedback to Account Executives on areas of improvement
Provide a weekly forecast update to VP of Sales on deal progress and projected finish for the Month
Identify and disseminate key product feedback to aide in our platform development

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience leading a SaaS focused New Business Team
4+ years of experience carrying a quota as an Account Executive
Experience leading within a sales assisted PLG motion a plus
Experience managing through MEDDIC + BANT-C a plus
Strong experience using HubSpot, Chorus, ZoomInfo, and other sales products
Historical success achieving and outperforming sales targets
A data driven leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the field
Experience managing SMB + Mid-Market business with global scope a plus
