Simplify and automate the performance management process
Develop custom reports (if needed),
Test script development, testing and documentation
Training of functional staff
Work in conjunction with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) staff (development, security, basis resources) and Human Resources staff on a project team
Analyze as-is processes, advise the City on best practices, create new route map(s) and form template(s), complete a configuration workbook, set up Rolebased permissions, and train business administrators based on new requirements.
Work with the City’s ERP staff to provide maintenance and troubleshooting
Required Skills
Minimum of five years of experience in working with the SuccessFactors PMGM module
Completed at least two successful full lifecycles SuccessFactors PMGM implementations and have provided maintenance support for at least two years
Experience preferably within a US Public Sector entity that has at least four labor unions
Ability to; work as part of a cohesive team, respond to end-user support requests, execute, document and support testing, and provide support and guidance when integrating new business units into existing solutions.
Experience in SAP system development lifecycle from an understanding of requirements to proper design techniques, configuration, writing specifications, testing, and documentation as needed.
Knowledgeable in SAP industry best business practices. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must adequately communicate and document findings, proposals, solutions, and analyses as developed.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work with a team and contribute individually, and follow standards and strict change control procedures.
