We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to guide and facilitate our Agile teams in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large enterprise environments, a deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Guide the team in effectively managing and completing their backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Promote the use of Agile metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Advocate for and implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization, supporting large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members and other Scrum Masters to build Agile capabilities within the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with SAFe certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a large enterprise environment, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
