We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to guide and facilitate our Agile teams in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large enterprise environments, a deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Guide the team in effectively managing and completing their backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Promote the use of Agile metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
Advocate for and implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization, supporting large-scale Agile transformations.
Provide training and mentorship to team members and other Scrum Masters to build Agile capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with SAFe certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a large enterprise environment, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
