Job Details
The Semiconductor Product Engineer will manage entire projects or clients. This role involves comprehending the technical and scheduling requirements of the client or project and collaborating internally to formulate and implement a reliable product test plan for semiconductor and electronic systems. A well-designed product test plan ensures the delivery of high-quality and efficient test solutions, encompassing hardware development, software development, debugging of the test solution, and its release to production.
Responsibilities
Lead a project team to deliver high-quality test solutions.
Develop test plan for projects.
Understand the project requirements and identify and communicate all key milestones with the customer.
Break down milestones into tasks and actions and ensure that they are executed in a timely manner.
Manage projects using customer project management flow.
Work directly with the client and ensuring satisfaction on all aspects of the projects.
Qualifications
Have 2+ years of experience in product engineering specifically in mixed signal, analog, or digital IC products.
Experience in qualification execution including project management, device setup, device characterization, data analysis, fail evaluation, as well as interaction with technicians, assembly sites, and quality and development teams.
Ability to quickly identify problems encountered during qualifications on IC products and timely develop creative solutions.
Experience with Electrical FA for resolution of reliability fails.
Understand reliability stresses including HTOL (high temp operating life; burn-in), HTSL (high temp storage life; Bake), Temp Cycle, ESD, Latch-up, and Biased HAST, among others.
Experience with basic electrical laboratory equipment Oscilloscopes, Source Measure Units, Digital Multimeters, etc.
Experience with production IC testers, Advantest, Teradyne A5, Catalyst or UltraFlex is preferred.
Understanding of integrated circuit manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing.
