JOB SUMMARY

As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business activity for existing and future clients, serving as the crucial link between our clients and the entire agency team. You’ll be working on project types ranging from Brand to Demand to ABM activation programs, operating at a quick pace to deliver high volumes of exceptional work!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Managing the day-to-day administration of all client projects—ensuring that creative briefs are interpreted, deadlines are met, and projects are prioritized
  • Managing client approvals across a variety of deliverables from program strategy through to execution
  • Overseeing all aspects of work carried out for the client across all departments of the agency
  • Developing strong, constructive relationships with all departments of the agency
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, leading client status calls and providing clear actionable next steps
  • Serving as first point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters including leading weekly status and fielding new client inquiries
  • Partner with Strategy Director on program initiatives to understand associated program needs, support in content audit, creation of bill of materials and support in brief development for key content needs to support in bringing the program to market
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and industry
  • Acting proactively on behalf of clients and the agency, identifying opportunities for improving the work, the relationship, and the efficiency of the partnership. Advising Associate Account Director/Account Director in time for the agency to act proactively on said new opportunity and/or foster positive client partnership
  • Managing client approval for all projects and creative work, ensuring that all work is carried out in line with these agreements, including ensuring weekly resourcing of team members across various projects
  • Ensuring that all documents are kept up to date including all relevant account information (e.g. estimates, briefs, budgets, billings, etc.), and that contact reports are produced and approved by clients
  • Lead to ensure Quality Assurance is paramount throughout any given project from creative development through to execution
  • Facilitating strategic alignment of client expectations and work being developed according to approved briefs
  • Maintaining high quality and accurate output, from daily communications and monthly billing instructions, to delivery of creative content
  • Understanding aspects of marketing relevant to the client, project, and agency credentials, including new trends, tools and technologies
  • Delivering oral and written recommendations effectively, logically and concisely to support delivery against client goals and expectations
  • Day-to-day managing of a junior team member through positive mentorship and guidance to deliver quality work and to foster personal and professional growth


ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES


  • Solid hands-on account experience in an agency or internal marketing team
  • Experience working on technology and/or business-to-business accounts
  • Expertise in relevant ABM and/or Brand program activity
  • Capable of proactive and creative thought, as well as consensus-building
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask and ‘pool’ resources to complete assignments
  • Cope under pressure and work to meet tight deadlines
  • Manage and get the best from others through encouragement and participation
  • Prioritize workloads for self and others, ensuring all projects are delivered on time
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of how to work with clients and deliver on the client’s specific requirements
  • Present strategies, plans, and creative work effectively and confidently
  • Develop and nurture relationships with colleagues and clients and inspire a positive team-dynamic
  • Willing to learn new skills and assimilate large quantities of information
  • Able to negotiate best possible cost/value for clients
  • Self-starter with experience and the ability to work without continuous supervision
  • Able to use own initiative to ensure smooth running of work and relationships
  • Ability to work with a remote team using a variety digital communication and project management platforms, i.e. Asana


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of agency, brand, or ABM campaign execution experience and/or performing a relevant marketing role within B2B technology marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree
