Summary
The Senior Analyst, Operations Administration position will process billing and payments using TMS and SAP to complete accounting settlements, identify pricing of logistics services, request and compile RFQ's, and provide freight forwarding services.
Essential Job Functions
Process A/R and A/P for Logistics Services
Process A/R billing to customers using TMS, SAP and manual invoices
Audit A/P invoices and process payments using TMS and SAP
Report cumulative accounting data along with delivery information
Maintain up-to-date rate information on system
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
Pricing for Freight Forwarding Services
Prepare and distribute RFQ to carriers
Compile rate proposal from carriers
Freight Forwarding Operations Support
Monitor in/outbound of freight on ocean, inland, or air
Coordinate container moves with customers and carriers
Support customer inquiries

Proficient level skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Required
Experience using TMS, WMS, and SAP Preferred
Ability to recognize critical issues that require management involvement Required

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Preferred But Not Required
