What Are We Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a hybrid role, partnering with both People Operations and Talent Acquisition. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and enjoy tackling payroll & people operations tasks, this role is for you. The successful candidate will manage payroll operations and support our recruitment efforts.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

People Operations:

  • Oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Partner with IPG’s payroll hub for all employee questions and concerns.
  • Oversee data quality, reconciliation, and validation of people and payroll data.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure all freelance request forms are accurate to ensure correct payments for Momentum's freelance population.
  • Manage all tuition reimbursement requests and payments.
  • Handle data entry and approvals in PeopleSoft and Workday, verifications of employment, transfer/probationary letters, unemployment requests, and workers' compensation audits.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, including EEO-1.
  • Assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and case studies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
  • Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Conduct and verify background checks for potential hires.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Compile and analyze monthly/quarterly recruitment metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Supporting Momentum’s Values

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in payroll management, experience with PeopleSoft & Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse.
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook
  • Tableau experience
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
