Job Summary: The Senior Corporate Risk Specialist will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to the organization's capital and earnings. This role will support the development and implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure effective risk control and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk management within the food service or manufacturing industries.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • CRMP (Certified Risk Management Professional) or ARM (Associate in Risk Management) credentials are desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in risk management or a similar administrative role, working for a broker, insurance company, or combination of factors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with insurance language, RMIS systems, and claims administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee corporate risk management programs.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.
  • Manage insurance policies and claims administration processes.
  • Analyze and interpret insurance contracts, endorsements, and policy language.
  • Utilize Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) to track and analyze claims data.
  • Conduct risk assessments and loss control activities to minimize potential losses.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive risk management coverage.
  • Provide training and support on employee safety practices and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.
