Position Overview

Responsibilities

As a Credit Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial lending team, guiding loan structures, and maintaining a strong credit culture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making sound credit decisions and refining loan submissions.
• Collaborating with senior management on new loan products and credit policies.
• Mentoring and training branch managers, lenders, and credit analysts.
• Acting as a key liaison between production and support teams, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in credit administration or eight years as a commercial loan officer. Experience in management, loan review, or compliance is a plus.
