RBW is excited to partner with a leading clinical stage biotech company who's mission is to deliver best-in-class monoclonal antibodies.
As the first in-house hire, the Sr Director of Biostatistics will be tasked with the execution and oversight of all statistical activities in ongoing trials. This will be a collaborative role, where you'll work alongside internal and external partners for strategic decision making in relation to statistical aspects of clinical development plans.
Who we're looking for:
Strong IND SAP experience with ability to work effectively with regulatory authorities
Experience with interim analysis
Demonstrated leadership ability
Auto-immune clinical background is a plus!
Fluent in multiple statistical software's and a good SAS programming practices
Strong communication skills
