Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freelance Graphic Designer at VitaHustle. You must be able to work in the El Segundo office 2-3 times a week. As a Graphic Designer, you will create graphics, work on digital ads, website and emails, work on branding projects, and utilize typography to bring the brand to life. This role requires creativity, organization skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
Visual Identity Development: Evolve and maintain our brand’s visual identity across digital platforms, focusing on consistency and innovation.
Digital Campaigns: Strategize concepts and design compelling digital ads for social media, email marketing, and website, driving customer engagement and conversions.
Project Management: Oversee and develop the company creative library, act as traffic manager guiding projects from concept through completion and cataloging files.
Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and brand teams to align visual strategies with brand goals and customer needs.
Freelancer Coordination: Manage external freelancers and agencies, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years in graphic design, with 3+ years in social media ads, email and website design in the CPG space preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Creative Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and digital design, with a keen eye for color, typography, and layout.
Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle challenges creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
