RBW Consulting has partnered with a very exciting biotech company in Greater Boston in part of their search for an Associate Director of Biostatistics. This role will be hybrid in the Greater Boston area.
You will be leading and implementing statistical analyses to support early development clinical trials. Reporting to the Head of Biometrics, a successful candidate will be able to operate independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
PhD or Master's in statistics with proven experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
Solid understanding of drug development, clinical research, study design, and CRO oversight
Experience in early phase Oncology is strongly preferred
Extremely strong communication skills
