RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft and deploy cutting-edge recommendation models aimed at amplifying consumer engagement and fueling sales growth.
• Dive into the depths of customer lifetime value analysis to pinpoint high-value segments and shape savvy marketing strategies.
• Delve into churn analysis, unraveling customer behavior intricacies and implementing robust retention strategies.
• Lead a squad of data scientists, offering insightful guidance, invaluable mentorship, and fostering an environment ripe for innovation.
• Team up with stakeholders across the board, transforming insights into actionable game plans that drive tangible results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on building recommendation models, CLTV analysis, and churn prediction.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data science.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Experience working in the food industry or consumer goods sector is a plus.
