Job Function

• Operating model optimization (people/process/technology optimization)- Targeted process optimization, End to End process or full scale FP&A operating model optimization, Organization design
• Operational finance and staff augmentation (process support)-FP&A and budgeting support, Close, consolidation, and report support, Order to cash and Procure to pay, Record-to-report and last mile, Finance applications and data structure
• Enterprise Performance Management (PMO & Business Case)
• Digital transformation- Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive / AI, Data & Analytics, Visualization
• Enterprise Performance Management- Program management, Business case development, ROI tracking, On-going health checks
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Accounting systems implementation design and support
• Event Led transformation- Post-merger integration, Sell side diligence, Operational IPO readiness, Carveout
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 8-15 years with prior Big 4 Audit Experience and either current FPA or current Big 4 TAS/Finance Transformation
• Non-Financial Services industry experience
