Senior Scientist - Analytical Development - Cell Therapy

My client is a well funded biotech company developing the latest generation of T Cell Immunotherapies to fight cancer. They are currently looking for several experienced Scientists and Senior Scientists with extensive experience developing flow cytometry and potency assays to join their interdisciplinary team working to bring an exciting range of cutting edge T cell based therapies into late stage clinical trials targeting solid tumours.

Responsibilities

• Develop a suite of flow cytometry, potency and other cell-based assays for the development and characterisation of T cell immunotherapies for phase I/II clinical trials
• Execute method development, optimization, qualification, or validation
• Work on the tech transfer of assays into internal GMP compliant teams as well as external CDMOs

Skills and Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS in cell biology or related field
• Experience with QbD and DoE design for assay development with a GMP compliant environment
• Extensive experience with cell-based assays for potency, proliferation and characterisation of T-cell based therapies
• Experience with immunoassay technologies such as, but not limited to, flow cytometry, and/or ELISA
• Experience with techniques in molecular biology, such as ddPCR
• Excellent skill in record keeping and computer skills including experience with FlowJo, Microsoft office suit, ELN, and Graphpad Prism
