What You’ll Do
This position presents an exciting opportunity in support of our Career Catalyst, employer-of-record service. Career Catalyst provides new hire onboarding, payroll, workers’ compensation and liability coverage, and other assistance to organizations seeking to connect learners with paid work experiences. The Partner Relations Senior Specialist is the formal liaison between clients and our business development, legal, and operations teams ensuring a smooth transition for new projects as they progress from business development to implementation. The Partner Relations Senior Specialist is an integral member of the Career Catalyst Team supporting all strategic relationships and partner activities from initiation through contracting.

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range
$75,000.00 - $82,000.00

The Partner Relations Senior Specialist is an integral member of the Career Catalyst Team supporting all strategic relationships and partner activities from initiation through contracting.
Develops and maintains collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders:
- Leads business development activities, including tracking business opportunities, co-facilitating exploratory conversations, and drafting service proposals with guidance from Strategic Implementation Manager.
- Builds and cultivates relationships with clients and provides consultation to clients looking to improve and scale programs.
- Provides guidance and support for new clients to ensure the contract model aligns with program design.
- Facilitates contract negotiations in collaboration with Foundation’s Legal Department and additional internal partners as appropriate.
- Leads strategic development and implementation of communications and processes between business development and service operations, leveraging technology where appropriate.
- Collaborates with Business Operation Specialist to collect regular client feedback and provide relevant technical assistance support to clients.
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality products within agreed upon timeframes, with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences, in a variety of formats (e.g., toolkits, reports, graphic displays, presentations).
- Minimum of five (5) + years of related work experience.
- Experience in a workforce development, education, or non-profit environment desired.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills, and an ability to prioritize.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with competing deadlines and needs.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences, from C-suite professionals to inexperienced youth.
