Senior Team Lead

Our FiiZ Drinks + Oakley Roasting Company store in Kamas, Utah is seeking a Senior Team Lead to provide the ongoing leadership to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, optimizing customer service, and driving sales performance. We are looking for an experienced Senior Team Lead who is qualified and committed to leading the success of a popular and fast-growing franchise location. Our General Manager will manage the overall operation of the store. You will report to and take direction from the General Manager. You will assist in supervising and directing the team, ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, and manage safety and security within the store. Primary Duties Oversee day-to-day store operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with the schedule and supervise the work of team members. Challenge and inspire the team to achieve business objectives. Provide the team members with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams. Address personnel issues. Lead with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of FiiZ and Oakley Roasting Co. Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Provide coaching and direction to the store team to achieve operational goals. Consistently review store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities to improve by providing coaching and direction to the store team to achieve goals. Qualifications and Expectations Our Senior Team Lead will have a high school diploma or GED and have demonstrated skills managing a food service location or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Minimum of two years, with underlying overall working restaurant experience of at least four years Entrepreneurial mentality with a willingness to roll up sleeves and chip in where needed. Ability to stay calm during periods of high volume or stress and manage smooth transitions thereafter to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the store team. Make logical, significant decisions using general, recognized skills and technique.
