What you will do

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional execution teams and managing the delivery of complex technology products or services. In this role, the Technical Program Manager proactively serves as a “trusted advisor,” and must have excellent communication skills to interface with business line executives and managers. You will represent technology in translating and promoting IT services and capabilities that align to business value. You will partner and work with product managers to prioritize features and requirements to ensure outcomes realization for clients, partner with architecture teams and subject matter experts to ensure solutions are holistic and scalable. Aligning the efforts of development teams, you work to ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, monitor, and advise toward project success. Continuously improving management processes and standards for program management, you may support program financials, track program-related resources and lead solutions design sessions. You will have the requisite experience to run multiple programs or projects within a program, simultaneously.

Responsabilities

  • Create management, communication plans and processes.
  • Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
  • Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
  • Participate in budget and staff allocations for the project.
  • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
  • Oversee the progress of IT Scrum Teams, partner with Product Managers and at times may operate as a co-product owner alongside business Product Owner to ensure scalable technical solutions and priorities are considered.
  • Oversee the launch of solutions and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.
  • Understand, plan and track the deliverables for the various points of integration for a given project
  • Understand, plan and track the deliverables
  • Liaison with architecture team members
  • Understand, plan and track the deliverables for the QA needs for a project – Liaison with the QA leads – plan out environment release dates and delivery.
  • Understand, plan and track deliverables for the releases – Work closely with the release manager.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Competency in finding a solution and not just stopping with identifying the problem or GAPs.
  • Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.


Requirements and technical skills

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/Ado, Asana, or Trello
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Microsoft project experience.
  • Excel - Macros and Formulas.
  • SQL – querying capability.
  • Process Management and Mapping experience
  • Data Analyst or Business Analyst experience
