This role is designed for a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience, including significant start-up experience. You will lead a team of 5 to 7 engineers who have developed a functional system using React, Flask, Node, and PostgreSQL on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding, troubleshooting, and enhancing the system's functionality to boost developer efficiency.
• System Enhancement: Quickly understand the existing system and drive its evolution, leveraging your deep technical expertise.
• Global Delivery Management: Efficiently manage a global delivery team, ensuring timely and successful application launches on GCP.
• Innovation and Strategy: Lead the team in exploring innovative solutions and strategies to enhance the system and achieve business goals.
